Brief Description / Introduction

Alizeh Mehak is an active and enthusiastic litigator with experience from diverse areas of laws. She practices in lower courts and High Court of Sindh at Karachi. She also take pro bono family law cases to help the women of our society and do various sessions on social media to create awareness regrading rights of women and family laws.

Biography

Alizeh Mehak is a law graduate from University of London in 2015. She has around six years of experience in contentious and non-contentious legal work in the areas of civil litigation, constitutional law, company law, media law, family law, electricity laws, intellectual property law, and banking law etc. She has rendered advice to various corporate businesses in areas of acquisitions, and competition law. She has also obtained premerger approval and exemptions of prohibited agreements from Competition Commission of Pakistan. Moreover, she has also represented companies in various matters before Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. At her previous firm she has regularly appeared and represented Silk Bank Limited, Lucky Cement Limited and K-Electric before the Hon'ble High Court of Sindh at Karachi.
